Q: How to use freeze-dried food?

A: Three methods: direct feeding, rehydrated feeding and staple food to satisfy the interaction between you and your pet. If feeding your pet directly, make sure your pet drinks enough water or rehydrates with cold/warm water or broth. Dry freeze-dried can be left for 12 hours, and rehydrated freeze-dried can be left for 2 hours.

Q: Can I put rehydrated freeze-dried ingredients in the freezer?

A: Yes, but not more than 2 days. After rehydrating, we do not recommend leaving food for an hour or two before placing it in the refrigerator.

A: We recommend rotating proteins every 2-6 weeks for variety and to mimic the diet of your ancestors. This also helps prevent protein allergies. Domibon offers a variety of single source and blended protein options. There's no problem sticking to one recipe for a long time!
